Sun Sentinel Recommends a "no" vote on Question 2

"Overly generous deal", "tortured wordsmithing", and "slanted sales pitch" are just a few of the phrases the Sun Sentinel used to describe what the Boca City council is doing with regards to the Downtown development.

It was the residents that forced the city council and Terra/Frisbie to scale back the project but some of the core contentions have not been resolved. 

• No private development on public land.
• 99 years is too long to make accurate predictions regarding viability and revenue.
• Vague promises are not a substitute for addressing legitimate concerns.
